Returns
We have strict quality control guidelines. We take every precaution to ensure that we only send 100% perfect merchandise. However if your purchase is faulty we will take back and replace any stock item within 10 days of your receipt, if it has not been worn, altered, polished or engraved. Please contact us immediately if you want to return a product. Returns must be sent to our Distribution Centre: 148b Glamorgan Drive, Torbay, Auckland 1310, New Zealand.

If you are unsure of your ring size, please make a trip to your local jewelry store and try several on before purchasing. If buying for someone else, try taking one of their rings to a jeweler store and find the size. See the information page to find your size by measuring your finger with a piece of thread. If you use this procedure please make sure you are correct as many people can be misguided by this.

If you have worn a piece of jewelry we cannot replace it because it cannot be resold as new jewelry. We cannot return any piece of jewelry that was custom made for you. If you order an Irish made item, note that Irish jewelers will no longer accept returns, especially for wrong size ordered rings.

Silver - the basic facts.
All of our silver jewelry is 92.5% pure. They are marked with 92.5 silver or .925 or 925 silver. This just means that the silver used to make the jewelry is 92.5 percent (925 parts) pure silver and 7.5 percent (75 parts) alloy metal. Silver is generally considered too soft to be useful in its pure form for practical use, therefore an alloy such as copper is added to make the silver easier to work with.

Only jewelry that is at least 92.5 percent pure silver can be called or labeled "silver," "solid silver," "sterling silver," or "sterling." If one of these terms is stamped on the silver jewelry you are purchasing then this means that the item meets the U.S.and the UK governments and most of the western world’s standards. Silver jewelry items are priced according to their silver content in addition to design and craftsmanship.

As well as the quality marks of “925” silver there are also trademarks and hallmarks that can give you extra information about silver jewelry. A hallmark is an indication of metal content, a guarantee of purity or quality, which may include a maker’s mark. However makers' marks on their own are not considered hallmarks. All of our Irish jewelry pieces are made in Ireland and is hallmarked in an Assay office in Dublin, Ireland in accordance to their law.

Sterling is the primary material used for silver jewelry today because of its affordability and can be worked easily into any shape or form. It makes jewelry affordable for to buy for yourself or to give as a gift for that chosen person in your life, whether male or female, child or even pet. A gift of silver jewelry gives a lasting expression of affection or friendship. Each piece of silver jewelry is unique and, if cared for properly, can last a lifetime.
