What happens after I place an order?
After you place an order we will send you an e-mail confirming that we received the order. If you do not receive an e-mail or phone confirmation from us, please contact us to ensure that your order is being processed.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been dispatched, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it. You can of course then use our 30-day money back guarantee and send the goods back for a refund, less any shipping costs incurred as long as the jewelry has not been worn or damaged.
What is the correct way to wear a Claddagh ring?
Traditionally there are 3 different ways to wear the ring (although some versions may vary):
- Wear the ring on the right hand with the crown turned inwards means that your heart is yet to be occupied.
- Wear the ring on the right hand with the crown turned outwards and it will be clear to everyone that a love is being considered.
- Wear the ring on the left hand with the crown inwards signifies you have become inseperable with your true love in the most sacred of unions - marriage.
