Delivery Time
Most stock items ordered are shipped within 24 hours. We take inventories daily and if we do run out of stock you will be contacted by email immediately. Special orders and non-stock pieces may take longer. If stock has to ordered it may take a few weeks longer during normal times. During holidays or before Christmas, delivery may take longer if we have to order direct from Ireland. Many jewelry manufacturers close the week before Christmas and re-open the third week of January. If buying our jewelry for gifts please allow plenty of time for your orders so you don't disappoint your loved ones.
Custom orders
Custom orders can be filled within 3-6 weeks. Please remember to allow plenty of time at Christmas or holiday periods.
We do not deliver to a different address from your billing address. Credit card companies will not authorize any shipment to an address other than the billing address. If you want to ship to a different location, other than your billing address, please check with us first.
Returns
We have strict quality control guidelines. We take every precaution to ensure that we only send 100% perfect merchandise. However if your purchase is faulty we will take back and replace any stock item within 10 days of your receipt, if it has not been worn, altered, polished or engraved. Please email us immediately if you want to return a product. If you are unsure of your ring size, please make a trip to your local jewelry store and try several on before purchasing. If buying for someone else, try taking one of their rings to a jeweler store and find the size. If you use a piece of string to measure the finger, make sure you are correct as many people can be misguided by this. Please see the Ring sizing chart on the Rings page.
If you have worn a piece of jewelry we cannot replace it because it cannot be resold as new jewelry. We cannot return any piece of jewelry that was custom made for you.
